Completed in December 2016, this 34-unit residential development features a striking Corten steel façade installed by Dunsteel.

The warm, textured finish of the Pandanus Apartments was chosen for its ability to age gracefully in the coastal environment, adding depth and character to the building over time.

The development also includes a basement car park and a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with three premium penthouses. These penthouses were designed in collaboration with Casa Koala Architecture, with the entire project valued at approximately $9.5 million.
