A&I Coatings is a leading Australian manufacturer of high quality epoxy, polyurethane & fluoropolymer coatings that is widely used in the building industry.
Only a stone’s throw away from our factory in Moss Vale it was a pleasure for Dunsteel to be given the privilege of building A&I Coatings new purpose built, fire-rated facility. The Dunsteel Group team supplied all the fabricated steel and installed the piers, precast concrete wall panels, roof and slab.
A&I Coatings’ new warehouse facilities will feature a strong precast concrete and steel hybrid structure, high-clearance, clear-span interiors that offer an amazing open area for operations, and a robust fire-rated design with insulated covering specifically designed for storage of dangerous goods. It’s built not just for size, but for safety and functionality.
This project is a great example of local industry collaboration and forward-thinking design, delivering a safe, large-scale facility that will support A&I Coatings’ future growth in the Southern Highlands.
