This 24,780 m² high-clearance distribution warehouse at Marsden Park was designed for large-scale, high-performance logistics. It includes an ESFR sprinkler system for enhanced fire safety, along with 12 recessed docks and 15 grade-level doors for efficient operations.

Dunsteel delivered the steel works for the structure, which also features a 1,000 m² office fit-out. The design combines functional efficiency with institutional-grade specifications and sustainable building elements.

Located in the Marsden Park precinct, the project demonstrates precision in steel fabrication and installation for complex industrial infrastructure.
